ChipMaster™ Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors
The Master Conveyors hinged steel belt conveyors are a proven performer in the machining and metal forming industry. Metal chips from machining metal parts and scrap from metal forming are typical applications for our 1.5” pitch and 2.5” pitch, hinged steel belt conveyor. Larger 4”, 6”, and 9” pitch are also available for heavy scrap moving needs.

ChipMaster™ Magnetic Chip and Part Conveyors
The Master Conveyors magnetic conveyors are ideal for conveying wet or dry cast iron chips, steel slugs, scrap, and ferrous parts. The magnetic conveyor has a totally enclosed machine frame to protect the chain, ceramic magnets, and gear drive from contamination. The stainless steel slider bed provides a wear resistant surface for chips and metal parts.
The magnetic conveyor is built to suit the physical requirements of your installation. Options including low profile conveyor design and coolant tanks are available.

ChipMaster™ Drag-Out Conveyors
Master Conveyors drag-out conveyors provide an economical solution for filtering and transporting fine chips. For wet chips or turnings, the drag-out conveyor can provide efficient coolant filtration. Drum filters, box filters, and bag filters are available. Box filters provide filtration to 250 microns. The abrasion resistant bottom and replacement cleats provide a low maintenance conveyor solution.

FilterMaster™ Filter Conveyors
The FilterMaster™ Filter Conveyor provides coolant filtration to 50 microns. A dual conveying system provides a hinged steel belt conveyor for heavy loads and a drag-out conveyor for fines. The self-cleaning drum filter with back-wash system keeps the conveyor virtually maintenance free.

ChipMaster™ Gravity Bed Filtration Systems
The ChipMaster™ Gravity Bed Filtration System provides coolant filtration for particle sizes ranging from 5 to 100 microns. The Gravity Bed Filtration Systems are available in two models with seven standard sizes to handle flow rates from 10 to 100 gpm.
Model 4470GM features a first-stage magnetic disc pre-filter.
The strainer supported filtration roll media collects chips and fines as coolant passes to the tank. Media roll advancement is controlled automatically or can be timed to machine cycles. The Gravity Bed Filtration System is ideal for filtering light metal fines from grinding, honing, and Swiss-type screw machines. Systems can be customized to your specific application.

Whole Plant, Underground, Scrap Conveyor Systems
Master Conveyors provides turnkey plant-wide scrap conveyor systems. Under-floor scrap conveyors provide efficient scrap removal from the whole plant. The high capacity collection conveyor systems are ideal for plant expansions and new factories. Well suited for metal stamping and machining center scrap.
The heavy-duty hinged steel belt conveyors feature open style construction for easy maintenance. The conveyors are designed for interchangeability with leading chain manufacturers.
Conveyor construction is designed to incorporate chain widths from 12” wide to 96” max in increments of 6”. The conveyor has chain belt pitches of 6” and 9” with 3” or 4” diameter flanged wheels running on hardened case rail. Chain pulls up to 9000#.

Laser Cutting Services
Master Conveyors provides 2-axis laser cutting services. Master Conveyors can supply single and multiple pieces, prototype parts, long and short run production parts, die blanks, and architectural components.
